Croydon Removals Services Help Growing Families with Space Management

Are strict housing policies keeping British homes from growing? Experts say that seems to be the case. According to an article in AOL.uk, a report by the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) shows that the average U.K. house is roughly half the size of those in other European countries. It cited the limitations in real estate development as the major cause of size restrictions, particularly in London. Some say the U.K. is already too crowded, but the IEA states that only 10 percent of land in England alone is developed.
